In 2020, at the height of the pandemic, Dr. Tista Ghosh — preventive medicine and public health expert and former Chief Medical Officer of Colorado— was helping Fortune 500 companies protect their frontline workers. As she talked with workers across sectors — construction, agriculture, telecom, grocery and delivery, and manufacturing — she saw the same problem everywhere. Massive confusion caused by shifting guidance, conflicting claims, and conspiracies on social media. And she witnessed the consequences — people getting sick, hospitalized, even dying.
That’s when she decided to fight misinformation and confusion head-on. Eventually, IPPHL was born.

Dr. Tista Ghosh is a physician trained in internal and preventive medicine, with specialized expertise in public health and stress management. As the former Chief Medical Officer of Colorado, and as an award-winning health journalist and author, she’s spent years turning complex science into practical, evidence-based tools people can actually use.
As a working mom, she understands the real-life pressures of staying healthy when time is tight and life is stressful. That’s why she creates fast, science-backed micro-habit courses built for busy people who want real results without overwhelm.
She blends clinical insight, public-health experience, and the approachable style her audience knows from her Instagram channel @HealthHacker_MD.

IPPHL’s Advisory Board brings together experts across psychiatry, neurology, internal medicine, epidemiology, immunology, public health, maternal and child health, and mindfulness/meditation. They help ensure all content is accurate, science-backed, and easy to understand.
